150 euros deposit requested at booking, two deposits: one of 300 euros (degradation) and one second of 70 euros (cleaning not done) will be requested on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure After inventory and if everything is correct. A vacuum cleaner is available at the reception for cleaning. Local tax : 0,20 cts per day per person

40 euros of deposit are requested at the booking and will be deducted from the amount of the invoice at the time of payment. In case of cancellation, refund only if cancellation is made 1 month in advance
